Leucadia Rancho-Greenhouse
One man's hovel is another man's palace. This was my humble abode at the north end of Leucadia, CA. Across the train tracks from the coast highway, an easy walk to the beach, which I did nearly every morning to go surfing.

This was an avocado grove before the SoCal housing explosion of the early 1980's. The greenhouse produced some wonderful flowers with a small organic garden to the right that produced fresh vegetables nearly year round. The trailer had a covered porch and there was a horseshoe pit.
