The Flower Festival was a community party/festival in Leucadia, California. This is the start of the festival parade to kick off the festivities at the intersection of the Coast Highway(101) and Encinitas Boulevard.
New England Dan and John Ford Coley rocked out at the local school yard for this family community event.
If there's a band, there must be dancing.
This is my neighbor Corky, all flowered up. Everybody in town was there.
